The action of the play takes place either in person, online, or via phone. Online has many formats as multiple devices are effective. The time? Well, it can be anytime, but if you want to meet in person, you’ll have to schedule that in advance.
Crawford & Ria has three main areas of focus, so the play is divided accordingly. The audience can participate in any of the acts, come and go freely. We encourage it. All we ask is that you leave your phones on silent and refrain from opening your candy until you’re out of the theatre.

Online Reader: The Amp?
Crawford & Ria: It’s our blog. But actually it’s more than that. It’s our central content hub — full of interviews, articles, and other cool stuff. (Pause) We’re turning up the volume.
Online Reader: What’s on your playlist?
Crawford & Ria: A little classical, a bit of opera, perhaps some Echo.

Online Reader: What’s your twist?
Crawford & Ria: We’re bringing left brain and right brain together. We’re joining creativity with enterprise. (Aside: not that they’ve ever been separate, thanks to the corpus callosum.)

We conduct surveys, showcase music and video, and always, always promote the arts.

Crawford & Ria: Business is built on creativity. So why shun it and get bogged down in analytics and spreadsheets. Don’t get us wrong, we believe that data and evaluation are critical, but we also believe that sometimes instead of hard numbers you need soft skills.
Online Reader: What do you mean?
Crawford & Ria: We’re working on a series of monographs and treatises that take a holistic view of business processes, incorporating both sides of the knowledge equation.
Online Reader: You mean abstract and concrete?
Crawford & Ria: That’s what we’re talking about…
